Breakfast Republic - San Diego

The restaurant did not have any tables available with a long wait, but there were 2 seats at the bar so we sat there. Proceeded to have the most amazing breakfast ever! Wonderful dark strong coffee to start. Fabulous gluten free options on the menu plus a wide variety of choices for any diet. My GF cinnamon raisin French toast was heavenly, with 2 fresh eggs on the side scrambled perfectly. My brother had eggs Benedict he said were delicious and the hollandaise sauce great. No water view or anything but great atmosphere, service and food. 5 stars.

This place has a pancake for you. Regardless of what you are in the mood for, they have a flavor for that. The cheesecake pancake will never let you down. Their coffee is made to order and tastes better than any other coffee I had during my 7 day visit. Service was excellent as well. Keep it up!

This my first experience sad, I know at B/R but after this weekend's food and service, I WILL be back.....sooner rather than later. Their upside down pineapple pancakes were beyond expectation and that b-day coffee cake was a delicate and delectable surprise. Thanks, Mike!Treat yo-self, am I right??

The food was delicious and filling. our server was prompt and helpful. the atmosphere was casual and relaxing. I ordered the French Toast sampler, with whom they can choose 3 different types of French toast. my man fucked the potato omlet. both good. we shared a maple sausage. I had a cappuccino and my husband had a cocktail. everything was good?!

We went here because the ratings were awesome....I can see why now. The eggs Benedict were incredible and the breakfast potatoes are officially the best I've ever had! We live in AZ but I assure you that every time we visit San diego we will be dining here!
