This is a quiet, delicious place away from the main hustle and bustle! The service was quick and the pizza was really tasty. Plus, the music wasn't too loud, which is a nice change compare to downtown. Perfect for a quick bite after lunch! View all feedback.
What Lorenza Rowe doesn't like about A Brooklyn Pizzeria:
NOT OR ONLINE! Your website links to an external company (MenuStar) you calculate, but never put your order through. MenuStar has no customer service and the guys in the restaurant will only tell you that it is not their problem and accept it with MenuStar and/or your credit card company. View all feedback.
Really enjoyed this restaurant and the staff (owners? that served us. Our children were hungry after a tour through the Midway Museum and couldn't eat anything except pizza, so we found this place. There is a great homelessness near the restaurant and on the street that we were a bit from the beginning. The restaurant is small and simple inside, but the pizza was delicious and our children loved it. You really enjoyed getting pizza in the pane so everyone could have what they wanted. The discs were loaded into the oven and served nice and hot! Definitely recommended if you prefer a simple ambience and good food.
Absolutely amazing authentic tasting NY pizza! Definitely the best I've had in San Diego! The owners were SO friendly and helpful, greeting us with a free sample of garlic knots, and just all around being extremely friendly the entire visit. The prices are extremely affordable, the places has a home feeling, but of course above all its just delicious! Check it out, you wont regret it!
New review: no longer deserves 5 stars, I didn't want to come back and edit my review but this place is very unreliable. They never answer their phone so it is extremely hard to place an order in advance. Their online ordering never works and always says the place is closed. The pizza is so good... I truly believe the only reason they never have business is because of how hard it is to place an order over the phone. I come here all the time and eat inside but today I wanted a whole pizza to take home instead of eating a slice there. No luck. Old review: Best pizza place in SD! I live in the Little Italy area of San Diego and this place is still better than the pizza places I live next to (Landini's, Filippi's, etc. A Brooklyn Pizzeria makes pizza for the people who love the classic taste greasiness of pizza and crispy crust! Their crust is my favorite, NEVER soggy! This place also offers stromboli, calzones, salads, and he can make you any pizza you want! If you like tasty pizza and kind service, this place is for you! Food is always fresh, I have never been disappointed. 10/10 I am very grateful he gave me a chance to see his work station, I have never met someone so passionate about their craft. Amazing experience!

Great pizza, great people. (Great stromboli also.) I was in town for a week and ate here four days in a row.
