I frequently visit this establishment, and I wanted to praise them for their efforts in ensuring customer safety during the pandemic. Julisa assisted me today, and it was evident that she received thorough training. I ordered a smoothie and one of their bowls, and she took precautions to prevent cross-contamination by washing utensils between preparing each item. The food tasted fresh and delicious.

I recently tried the new 'Green Ginger' flavor with extra ginger at this restaurant and it was delicious. It was very tasty and satisfying. Also, it was easy to earn a $3 bonus quickly through the app. Highly recommend!

I waited for over 30 minutes just to receive my 3 drinks, and they didn't taste right when I finally got them! It was incredibly frustrating, especially since it was a mobile order. I checked in at the front when I arrived and asked if my mobile order was ready, but they said no. 25 minutes later, I approached the staff and was told that my order had already been given out. I had been waiting for over 20 minutes without my order being called. All I received was an apology and the promise that they would make it now. I will not be returning to this shop again. I am disappointed and irritated with their service.

I agree with the previous review. I placed an online order, waited double the expected time, and when I got home, both smoothies were flavorless. These were truly the worst smoothies I've ever tried. I won't be returning to this restaurant.
