Five Guys - San Bruno

Little on the expensive side at $12-14 for a burger but the quality was good especially for a fast food retailer.

The customer service here is terrible and my food came contaminated!! I didn't order bacon and they added a dry piece of old bacon in my burger. It was so greasy and gross. The cashier did not change her gloves and continued to make burgers with dirty gloves. The people working here are very unhygienic. Overall this place needs to shut down i'm not paying over $10 for a dirty burger. These workers should feel ashamed for not changing their gloves and contaminating my food

It was dead there and the service was great. Fast and friendly. The burgers were tasteless. Extra for the amount of bacon was a joke. Old bacon . The soda machines were not working right. And fry's tasted like they were under cooked.

Another burger joint I've frequented on occasion for many years, never reviewed and it's interesting how different they all are from each other.Five Guys is fully customizable, your way! Fresher beef than most fast food restaurants and better quality. Their fries are seasoned which is unique from others. Also, they fill your bag with fries regardless if you order small or large sized fries. Fries are loaded into cups and placed into a bag then more is shoveled into the bag loads of fries! I usually order small. The fries are also customized no seasoning or seasoning, so they give you all the fries they made to you liking. Each burger is wrapped in tin foil which saves the sandwich but also smashes it all together from the heat/steam from cooking. Every time I have ordered to go, my burger and bun with accessories is all smashed together, unless you eat there. It's definitely a better burger than most, and consistently juicy, full of flavor. Numerous locations all around the country. Staff are always super friendly, reminds me of In n' Out Burger in a few aspects, smiles and red and white tiled kitchens. This location in South City is pretty busy location and shopping center.
