Doña Maria Concepcion Ibarra is the proud elderly lady who owns and operates this small breakfast joint; her daughter makes the best masa nixtamal and wood fire hand made corn tortillas on a wheelbarrow (Carretilla) comal; their breakfast items are simple flavorful homemade from scratch.
