Beautiful, family-run boutique hotel with stunning views, delicious meals, clean and comfortable rooms. It is close to downtown, the mall, the market along the pier. We'll stay here before a cruise. Most other guests also go on the cruise. The staff speaks excellent English and is super friendly and helpful. View all feedback.

Bad service, I was asked for the keys of the vehicle because someone indicated from the hotel had to enter the parking lot and the next morning the transmission had broken me only progressed in reverse, I made the claim and no one from the hotel wanted to take over, said the hotel was not responsible for it being that it was one of their employees that had the fault, then asked them a grua and gave me the number of o... Basics facilities but very good, clean and friendly. Great place if you are embarking on a cruise ship in San Antonio. The hotel offer a transfer from and to the airport for $15O US which is convenient. Make sure you have confirmation and directions from the hotel.They serve a nice breakfast but you need to go somewhere else for lunch and dinner. Hotel has stairs when you enter. Not for the disabled but they will carry your bags up and down for you.

Pésimo servicio, me realized the charge for a service that I never confirm and that was confirmed automatically only by entering the card data (requirement required only to make the reservation, without giving confirmation/previous cancellation options. Call the hotel's number explaining that my card was only digital and that it did not have the plastic, that the data entered were only because mandatory they asked you to enter the data of a card nothing more, since then they informed you the payment options that the hotel had and these were done directly in the place (with physical card call immediately to explain the situation and cancel the service as their payment options did not serve me and that it would not take the service. I was equally charged with the full service, without having made the prior income with them or authorized any purchases
They answer you for wsp one day if, one day they don't... they don't confirm the reservation... a disaster
Idionda room, bath hobs, stained towels, the attention of Miss Brunette of lenses, very prepotent, poor breakfast service, only a half of bread foil, a little jam and a tea, that is breakfast. Very bad service. Not recommended.
