What User likes about Terra Mia East:
Beautiful, family-run boutique hotel with stunning views, delicious meals, clean and comfortable rooms. It is close to downtown, the mall, the market along the pier. We'll stay here before a cruise. Most other guests also go on the cruise. The staff speaks excellent English and is super friendly and helpful. View all feedback.

Bad service, I was asked for the keys of the vehicle because someone indicated from the hotel had to enter the parking lot and the next morning the transmission had broken me only progressed in reverse, I made the claim and no one from the hotel wanted to take over, said the hotel was not responsible for it being that it was one of their employees that had the fault, then asked them a grua and gave me the number of o...
