What User doesn't like about Piedras Negras De Noche:
The food wasn’t bad but wasn’t necessarily anything special either. I wasn’t a huge fan of their barbacoa.. which I was super bummed over because it’s typically one of my favorite things to eat) : It’ll do but San Antonio definitely has way better Mexican food to offer! We go every weekend, the plates Tacos remind me of the kitchen of my grandmother including the handmade tortillas and mol. Live music creates a warm and fun atmosphere. I'm from Mexico and this restaurant is a hidden San Antonio local gem. Also in winter they have authentic capirotada, fideo and tortilla soup. View all feedback.

read moreDiscover a cozy Mexican gem in San Antonio offering a mixed bag of reviews. While some diners were unimpressed with tough fajitas and bland dishes, others raved about the authentic food and live music creating a warm atmosphere. Homemade tortillas and generous portions impressed many, while others were put off by forgetful service and rude owners. The breakfast sampler and gorditas received high praise, while some urged caution with specific menu items. Overall, the restaurant seems to offer a mixed experience depending on individual preferences, but it's worth a visit for a taste of Mexico in Texas.
