Rosa's has the best Tex-Mex food in San Angelo!! It's one of my first stops on every visit back to my home town. The queso is some of the tastiest I've had in Texas, the guacamole is awesome, and their fajitas are not-to-be-missed ever. The prices are reasonable for quality Mexican food and the customer service has always been excellent. Muy bueno! View all feedback.
What Garrett B doesn't like about Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory:
I love Rosa's more than my own child sometimes and it's very disappointing that on today of all days (taco Tuesday) mine and my girlfriends tacos were in the worst condition I've ever seen them in the years I've been a fan. Stale, soggy, and watery beans all over my food. I know Rosa's can do better.. View all feedback.

To start with, the food was bland and lukewarm at best. Cheese enchiladas was pretty much cold and the cheese was solid, not good! My wife's tostada was cold and the tortilla was rubbery. Come to find out as we had finished, that they forgot part of my wife's order. They brought it to our table and it was soooo cold that my wife asked them to make it over and put it in a to go box. The service or should I say, self service since you walk up to order and pick it up when your order is ready. Other than the cashier, there really is no service. The place appeared to be clean and well decorated so there's that at least. This was our first and last time we will go to Rosas I can guarantee you!!! Taco Bell has better quality!!!
Literally the best Mexican food in San Angelo. A bit pricy for some of their items but their fajita steak is fantastic. At $5-6 per taco burrito it 's a bit steep. I wish they 'd put some veggies on their tacos as well. Regardless their sour cream sauce is fantastic. Their salsas are amazing. The restaurant is a bit corny but open and nice. Not a professional Mexican food eater but by far the best Mexican food I 've had since leaving Southern California.
We love this place food is always good.. specially their tomalleys are best to order, I order 2 times for party was amazing.
My wife and I love Rosa's Cafe. We like the food best at the Knickerbocker Road location. The service is fast and accurate. We have never had anything that tastes bad there. The restaurant is always clean, and we never have trouble finding a place to sit. The employees are always nice.
