What Jarvis Beier doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
Was very disappointed by Baskin Robins. I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughters the next day. They said the taste was a special order and they needed 48 hours to make it. I've changed some plans to have a family party a week later on a Sunday. They called Friday morning and said they had no orders for the weekend on Thursday. The Baskins Robbins girls were great!!! Very nice, patient and friendly!! Got some great samples and walked off with the German Chocolate Cheesecake, ughhhh it was the bomb!!! Need more ice cream, got a double scoop with waffle cone and wife got a single scoop, not bad for $8 bucks!! Wifey says they need to add strawberry ice cream!!! View all feedback.
