The host greeted us when we were hotel guests. we said no, and she said that's okay, she could still take us. we both thought to go. the restaurant was empty ex... read more The host greeted us when we were hotel guests. we said no, and she said that's okay, she could still take us. we both thought to go. the restaurant was empty except 1 table and we made a reservation, but she did not ask. the waitress was sweet trying to remember our order, but forget both the speck and the roasted egg on the burger. she could pick me up the Lox/Bagel Shot, and she didn't charge us for a $9 beer to maintain for her mistake. the food was good.

Menu is modest in siz... read more First a great choice given the no corkage policy on weekends very unique and appreciated. We went on a Friday night very few other diners. Menu is modest in size, but what we had was great mainly fish. They have a bread service as well which was appreciated and generous portions were an extra plus. Service was attentive and our waiter was charming. No doubt we will return.

This is a sweet, quiet upscale place to go with customers for a business dinner from a date for 2. Will definitely come back when I am in town.

I appreciated that they provided extra syrup on the side, even though I personally prefer not to drown my French toast in it. This is great for those who enjoy more syrup. My friend had the Belgian waffle with dark chocolate, strawberries, and bananas. It was very indulgent, almost like a dessert, but also delicious. I highly recommend both dishes.

I appreciated that they provided some extra syrup on the side, which I didn't use since I prefer my French toast without being drenched in syrup. However, it's great for those who enjoy it that way. My coworker's chicken sandwich was initially served cold, although they did remake it. The waitress was nice, but she was chewing gum while taking our order, which was a bit distracting.
