I ordered three items on the lunch menu. Staff were friendly and service was quick. The restaurant followed covid guidelines well by having hand sanitizer available and plastic walls in front of the cashier location. It was nice to know they cared for their workers and customer’s safety. Food- 4/5 •Spicy catfish: 5/5 •Pad Thai: 4/5 •Papaya Salad: 4/5 Service- 5/5 View all feedback.
What Emiliano Christiansen doesn't like about Thai Paradise:
Service was a 5, food was a 3. Beef tasted odd, fried bass seemed to be fried in not so fresh oil. Easy parking, shrimp fried rice greens were great. The fried catfish pieces with green beans were the best. These cupcakes were the best I ever had as a Chef. They are from DeJavu bakery in Studio City. Tell them Chef Cherryl sent you for a free 6 cupcake when you buy 5. View all feedback.
Decently priced, quick service, not too sold on the flavor and quality. I ordered the tofu pad Thai, which I’ve ordered at a MANY different Thai restaurants before, however this particular did not have the usual I’ve come to know and love, a bit tangy and bland. Perhaps other dishes may be better.
Great service great food. Welcoming to our diverse crowd. Special treat given at the end of our meal.
If you are decent Thai food, this place will do! The service was so-so ( once checked and we had to go to the counter to pay because they did not see that we increase our hand). The tamarinde tasting soup was pretty good and surprisingly not greasy! I liked the sour kick and it definitely tastes good with rice. My friend ordered a Welsmahlzeit and I got the green curry. It was good but not as delicious as others (and beef and green beans texture was so and not crispy or solid enough). Parking is located on the back or on the side streets. Can't comment on the price my friend treated me. They had fresh flowers on every table and that was impressive and made it beautiful.
Typically my engagement and I go to Blossom Thai on Echo Park, this is our favorite Thai restaurant but and I repeat, but this place is really surprising as tasty.... this place holds with Blossom! We will definitely return! Don't be fooled by his old decor, the food is amazing?
Good food and serving size. It's INCREDIBLY spicy. I asked for medium spices and my stomach burns hours later. I'd go back here, but I'll order mild next time!
