His 1:17 at the place worked a blonde white woman and she got us caught and escorted by safety, because she got into use with ice cups in her hand, and when my friend reacted, she claimed we attacked her. My friend is Mexican and I'm black. She pushed her finger in my face and called out that she was attacked, but even witnesses say the bartender was in us. I didn't even react to her to clean ice quickly. They grabbed my drinks and were very rude because of a misunderstanding. The guard was very rude and very aggressive and hesitant to hear. The manager was very nice tho and supported us, but it was just regrettable that this happened.
Good music and it's fun to dance at the back of the DJ booth. I don't drink alcohol, but the non-alcoholic drink I ordered tasted great. I really felt in my element there with the screens playing clips of music festivals and good local music played as well as the mainstream songs.

A cover charge? At a typically college bar with poor college students... just no. Bar and Grill is on the map because it's in the same vicinity as all of the other bars. It's not usually one of my favorites but I was out with friends who wanted to dance and this is one of the few bars that has a dance floor. Maybe I'm just being upset about having a cover- I think it's rude to charge cover when there are tons of other bars that are exactly the same within a couple of blocks. The drinks are OK, nothing different than any other bars in the area. The bar is huge with a lot of bartenders which is helpful on busy nights.
There was cover charge on a Tuesday!! Security is rude, i understand they have to be firm. Getting drinks wasnt too bad. Dj was good. Bathrooms were filthy. A whole block of cops lined up waiting outside waiting for this bar break. Just in front of this establishment actually standing in a line and observing these patrons exiting this bar only. Sooo......
