I absolutely love this restaurant; kudos to Chef Iñigo!

The restaurant was conveniently located and the menu looked promising. However, upon our arrival, they were unable to locate our reservation and did not have a table prepared for us. It took 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence at the table, leaving us to make our dinner selections before being greeted by a server. Our meals took an additional 25-30 minutes to arrive after ordering. We tried the Caesar salad, sliders, and lobster mac and cheese, but none of them impressed us. The beer was enjoyable and the atmosphere seemed lively, with good live music, but the noise level made it difficult to have a conversation. Overall, while the restaurant had its positive aspects, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

Eating at Puerto Getaria is always a pleasant experience. The food is consistently excellent, the service is great, the atmosphere is clean, and they pay attention to the diner's needs. Thank you!

The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing. While it offers traditional Basque cuisine, the quality of the ingredients used elevates the flavors beyond the ordinary. However, there is room for improvement in terms of service. While regular customers receive specialized attention, my group found that we had to repeatedly ask for assistance, from placing our order to receiving our dishes and the check. If you are willing to be patient and overlook these shortcomings, a visit to this restaurant is definitely worth it.
