Our family enjoyed the outdoor seating and the waiters did a great job of quickly pushing other tables in when it was raining out of the blue. We were under an umbrella and a big tree and didn't have to move and the rain stopped quickly. During our stay at the Dorado Ritz, we visited Panela several times and absolutely loved it. The restaurant offers a diverse menu with a daily vegan option, which was perfect for me as a vegetarian. We were even able to bring our well-behaved dog, Moo, who knows many tricks. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Manager Joel, who made us feel like VIP guests.
