With rave reviews of creamy, rich broth and flavorful dishes like black garlic ramen and spicy pork ramen, this spot has become a favorite for many. While some point out minor drawbacks like salty broth or lackluster appetizers, the overall experience is highly recommended. The cozy atmosphere, fast service, and variety of ramen options make Nishiki a top choice among locals and visitors alike. Whether you're a ramen enthusiast or a first-timer, this restaurant promises a satisfying and memorable dining experience.
1st time here and Jessica made our experience exceptional! She was outgoing, honest and familiar with the menu! We ordered #2 and the #3. The flavor of both was satisfying but the spiciness of #3 was even better! The bowl was well prepared and the portions were perfect. The price was reasonable and the staff was nice enough to keep seating people up until 9:45ish. Their hot sake went well with the ramen! I highly recommend trying this place out and see why they're highly rated! Can't wait to go back
The Nishiki Ramen bowl was very creamy. The egg was really good. The noodles were fine. Not the best ramen bowl I've had here but good. A bit on the more expensive side though.Food: 4/5
Been going to this location for years. Literally the best Ramen in California I have tried. Been to places from Northern California to LA and Inland Empire to Palm Springs area and non compare to Nishiki.I always get the number 2 and get their homemade hot sauce? but on the side and add to taste! Chashu (Pork belly) is tender. Slow egg is a must. Service is always quick to even when it’s packed in there.
I had the Akuma #3 with an egg added. My date had the Notorious GGG, egg also added. The Akuma is pretty fiery, tough the next day ?. Delicious nonetheless. My date loved her bowl, garlic to the max. We also shared an app, tiny fried pot sticker things, also delicious. I would definitely come back but get a different bowl, the Black Garlic looked amazing.
Food was delicious! Best spicy pork ramen I have had since living in Japan. Most places I have tried in the US have excessively slimy noodles and mild to no flavor in their broth. If you like spicy ramen that's not going to kill you but taste delicious this is the place. I will say the actual pork and the gyoza where good but nothing to write home about. But very good if you are not as picky as I am. See pictures for the food and oolang tea.
