Feedback
While initial expectations set by online descriptions of this establishment as a popular and fun place fell short, reviews varied widely. Complaints about poor drinks at higher prices, marginal food, and minimal ambiance contrasted with praise for friendly bar staff, delicious brisket sandwiches, and a well-thought-out beer selection. Despite some positive experiences with food, drinks, and service, the lack of crowds and inconsistencies in service raise concerns about the overall dining experience. With a mix of experiences from excellent to disappointing, this restaurant may be a hit or miss depending on individual preferences and experiences.
A full bar area would lend itself to being loud for dinner. On our visit, the restaurant was very slightly attended. Our server was new and we all had to feel our way thru the menu and beverages. Other staff members assisted with our needs nice. There were of us and we all had different items from the menu. All were excellent. Hope the traffic grows as we will want to return
EXCELLENT. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE THE DELICIOUSNESS OF THE FOOD THE BURGERS ARE TO DIE FOR!!!
The resort's layout and design are breathtaking, and the restroom stalls in the lobby are both clean and spacious. There are plenty of dining options on site, and the lobby furniture is quite comfortable. The courtyard provides a lovely setting for breakfast with its beautiful views. However, while the overall experience was delightful, the rooms are somewhat outdated. They lack the same impressive touch as the rest of the resort, and the queen-sized bed made noises whenever I turned over or got up during the night. Though everything in the room functioned well, a renovation would certainly enhance the experience. The pools were a highlight. I enjoyed the infinity pool all to myself one morning, which offered a picturesque view. The kids had a blast in the other pool, and they loved using the self-tanning booth. The convenience of towels and cucumber water available at the poolside counter was a nice touch, and the pool area wasn’t crowded during our visit, which was a bonus. The hotel hosts a S'mores night every evening, which was a big hit. Just be cautious with the fire pit, as it can get very hot and scorching! Remember to grab your supplies from the shop next to the pool. Unfortunately, the kids' pool area was closed while we were there. This resort provides many beautiful spots that are perfect for taking memorable photos. We didn’t get to try the on-site food since we spent most of our days exploring. Parking options include valet service or self-parking, with the ability to pay online if you choose the latter.
This was my first experience traveling for business. The resort was amazing. The restaurant options were fantastic. The views were incredible. The staff was engaging and friendly. Even an attendant handling bags asked me how I was enjoying my stay and asked if I needed anything. Nature trail was also a nice escape.
