Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant offers delicious food with amazing presentation in a great ambience. However, some reviewers noted that the service was lacking, with rude and hasty staff members. The prices were high, with compulsory gratuity despite poor service. The food itself received mixed reviews, with some dishes being flavorful and unique, while others were not up to par. The menu was limited for vegans, but cocktails were highly recommended. Despite some shortcomings in service and ambiance, the restaurant was still considered a great place for Thai cuisine in San Francisco, with funky decor and generous portion sizes. Overall, the restaurant seems to be a hit or miss experience depending on individual tastes and expectations.
We had the special chicken dish that came 5 minutes after our order to the table so we knew it was already precooked and to our disappointment were the aromen in order, but it was super dry. the personal was very friendly and the decor was funny, but it does not justify the high prices. I would not recommend this place to anyone who was good before Thai food, because this place is simply okay with very high trips.
Eating is delicious, but a little salty. we paid $65 per person. Ask: the world ros, thai fishcake, papaya salat. not recommended: thai icestee, yai has fried huh.
At this weekend. it looked cool with the pink lights and outside heating they had. so my date and I go up and ask to take a place. we get a place outside, as they have to show a proof of the holiday to sit inside. we scan qr codes for the menu. when my data used the rest room. the waitress came by and asked for our drink order. I have let them know I have to wait for my date to order. she comes back and waitress comes with water and asks again for drinking order, but she had no chance to look at the drinks options. So we order drinks and very soon after we are asked to place our order. we asked about time and the waitress says the kitchen closes soon so we have to order immediately. she comes back with drinks and asks for order. this time she stands next to my date and waits to hear what she wants to order. very unpleasant and unpleasant to order while someone stands next to them as they look over the menu. unnecessary to say, we are not impressed by the waitress and her attitude. we'll get our order and we'll get the food out. that's very good. we enjoyed our meals and the mayhai I ordered. my date ordered the Thai mule we both thirsted. when we ate our meal, a group of 6 people were sitting next to us and could order food and drink. we were not rushed for anything when the kitchen was not too close. I will not come back, I expect much better service for a location that should be a high end. it doesn't matter to pay for a good meal, but with this meal and the price should also come a good service. Actually, it is not worth going there to have a bad experience. many other restaurants in jack london square to choose from.
Eating is delicious (and it has a great presentation), but it is quite expensive. we ordered a couple of nude dishes, because we couldn't get to go after the $30 netzen. that was still over $20 per dish because adding even huh comes with a $2.50 surcharge (and all the other comes with a $6 surcharge when eating came out, there was disappointment about the portion size we had already paid. but I will say the quality of the food was quite high and the ambiente was wonderful even if it is a random place on the east side of the mission. but there are many Thai places in sf and in the bay area that offer much more worth. I don't remember the value presentation that is so poor when I've eaten here five years ago; maybe, as seemingly every restaurant in the city, have shot the prizes about the pandemic. but in any case I can no longer recommend this restaurant.
I visit for the good food, ambiance and decor are a plus. Loved everything! Easy parking
