It's a good cut of meat so what a waste! I didnt border to send it back since we were too full already and don't feel like waiting another 35min. The Charcuterie board is good but not a fan of the emulsified pork fat (pork butter). Really good service and good ambience though.

Arrived during happy hour so I was able to taste a few things at a good price. Quail legs were very delicate tasting and good. Boudin empanada was a big no for me. Spinach salad was average but could have had a little more dressing. Off the dinner menu, had Medina Parisa which was good as were the chicken livers but there were absolutely no sides. This would be a good place to go for snacks, but definitely not for dinner. I frequently try different restaurants, so I can say...Cured...been there, done that, but wouldn't go back.

Amazing experience from interior to exterior. Outdoor seating area is a must. Everyone in my party had great experience and was satisfied with their orders. Chief was so accommodating to make me a non-meat dish (since I havespecial meat dietary restrictions) that is not on the menu. The dish was inspired, delicious, and colorful. The area around thisplace is awesome and vibrant with many things to do and visit after or before dinner. You will not be disappointed. I highlyrecommend ????

The food was limited but everything we had was good…even the Quail legs. The prices were a little higher for regular hours however the burger mealat happy hour was very well priced! The empanadas were good too.
