Craft Commerce offers a unique dining experience with a slightly restrictive menu in terms of adjustments. The Big Green Salad and Confit Duck Leg were disappointing for some, while the Lamb Chop Lollipops and Dill yogurt were standout dishes. The Beet Burrata Salad, though, suffered from overly salty burrata. The Confit Duck Leg Tacos were a hit, with fresh corn tortillas and enjoyable flavors, although the bone marrow was hard to access. The C C Corn Dogs with cheese sauce were a hit, as was the All Things Must Pass cocktail. Some found the brownie dessert to be lacking. Service was lacking in some areas, such as slow delivery of food and lack of vegetarian options. On the other hand, Craft Commerce was favored for its excellent menu, ambiance, and service by some diners. The bar at the back of the restaurant also received rave reviews for its unique ambiance and impressive cocktail menu. Overall, Craft Commerce seems to offer a mixed experience, but one that is worth returning for.

We started out with one server and by the end of the night had a complete different server. Our first server didn’t say goodbye or say that we would be getting someone else to help us which we found a little odd. The first server offered a “special“ of beats with the burrata. Confirmed as special twice. However when we did get our burrata it was a total different preparation. It was delicious and ate it all but not what we ordered. The cheesy fries were amazing and had awesome presentation of a hefty melted cheese scraped on top of our hot fries. The duck tacos that we got were deconstructed and not explained as such from our first server, so we were a little bit surprised when they arrived at the table. We would definitely come back again but thought that the first server could use some refining. Kiki however was the most amazing Hostess

Decent food, but very restrictive menu, and no customization. I got the Big Green Salad kale, shaved carrots, parmesan, olive oil bread crumb and fermented pepper vinaigrette. I asked for some protein to be added on, and they literally had no optionoutside the Confit Duck Leg. This was a big disappointment. I asked if it would be possible to get some plain chicken, but therewas nothing of that sort. The duck was SUPER oily, but flavorful. I had to press out all the oil using paper towels, and make itwork. The salad was nice with the duck the parmesan was like snow over all the thing, so the flavor really came through. Thedressing was horrible though very good decision getting it on the side and not adding it on. My fiancé got the Lamb ChopLollipops with dill yogurt, nut dukkah, arugula, pickled red onions) and he loved them! I tried the dill yogurt plain and theflavor was so unique! Everything went so well together. He was a big fan. He also got the Beet Burrata Salad friseelettuce, citrus, toasted hazelnuts) and it was decent. The Beet and lettuce and citrus and hazelnuts all worked, but the burratawas Horrible! SO SALTY! It really ruined the dish. We had to try to remove all the casing and find the creamy inside, but eventhat was just bearable. My sister in law got the Confit Duck Leg Tacos it was crispy duck legs, pickled onion, queso fresco, salsa verde, cilantro, avocado, corn tortillas and bone marrow on the side). It was all a platter of all the components so youhad to assemble the tacos yourself. She isn 't usually a fan of boned meat, but she clearly enjoyed this meal. Said the sameabout the tortillas she 's not usually a fan of corn tortillas because they tend to be tough, but these were fresh and soft asever. We had a tough time with getting anything out of the bone marrow though. It was the kind where the content was inside thecylindrical thing, and SO hard to get out. Ended up not even eating it. We got the C C Corn Dog
