Went to a tasting that the owner Lara held and all the Bivouac ciders were yummy. The San Diego Jam was berry delicious (I couldn't resist, don't mind me lol it's apple blackberry and a gorgeous berry shade). But honestly, such a wide variety of apple, pear and mixed ciders. What Ellerut doesn't like about Bivouac Ciderworks:
The dining area is very cramped, but the poke was just okay while the adobo chicken was excellent. I recommend requesting your own table instead of being seated at a communal table. View all feedback.
This restaurant is charming and offers a variety of ales to try. The food is decent, but nothing stands out as particularly exceptional.
The setting is great! We sat in the suspended booth and it felt cozy even though it wasn’t sectioned off from the rest of the space. The cider is delicious, there are so many options. The food was a bit salty, but overall it was good.
This place is great for trying a flight of cider. It's a little pricey but great for special occasions. Went with a group of 4 for my cousin's birthday and had a great time.
Great atmosphere and hospitality. Vanessa was a joy to chat with and get suggestions from. Great cider, food and dessert!
Great food. Loved the swing table my group got to sit at. Great service and nice staff. Arroz caldo was a little on the salty side. Maybe because of the tamarind on the Duck? Could of used a side of ginger and some calamansi. Other than it was still delicious! Wish I was there when Bulalo or the lobster was on the menu
