Tucked away along El Camino is this quaint and lovely place that serves Modern Californian Cuisine. You can select 3, 4 or 5 plates from their tasting menu. But whatever you decide to order, expect to have a delicious and satisfying meal. Highlightswere the Yuzu-cured salmon crudo, Crispy Thai-style chicken wings, and Iberico presa acorn-fed pork steak. The desserts wereequally sumptuous. The staff is friendly and not overbearing. One of the better meals I’ve had as of late.
Who needs SF when All Spice is in our own backyard!? This place is a hidden gem and we’re so happy to have found it. The ambiance is perfect for any occasion and the service is on-point. Every dish we had knocked our socks off! Be sure to get thewine pairing. Thank you for treating us like VIPs, Julio!
The food was absolutely delicious! The presentation was stunning and incredibly meticulous. Each dish was a burst of flavors. The king salmon was both moist and crispy on the outside, while the medium-rare steak was cooked to perfection. Even the French Press coffee was smooth and rich in flavor. You simply have to give it a try. I highly recommend it!
Without a doubt, the best restaurant in San Mateo. The food is not only delicious but also creatively crafted, featuring stunning artistic presentations.
Was here for dinner as part of a corporate group. We had a pre fixe dinner and choice of appetizers, entree and dessert. Located in a nondescript portion of el Camino of San Mateo, I was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere and quality of food at this establishment, which is definitely Michelin worthy. In case there’s any doubt, I would hardly characterize the food as Indian. I went with the seafood route halibut for appetizer and salmon for main. Artfully presented and full of different flavors, the food was pretty amazing. Will definitely consider coming back. Service was attentive.
