It is a good restaurant, certainly traditional but not “old”. the meat is excellent, and the well-made cooking: very good, however much revisited for purists, pistachio bombettes; The leg is very good. Unique painful note: Although we ate inside (the tables were well spaced between them and the staff wore the mask) we were not asked to show the green pass. The best butcher shop in Sammichele. Really good
Location located in the center of san michele, there are difficulties to find parking (Wednesday evening) and the reservation is recommended. wide choice of prepared meat “zampina, fegatini, bombette and much more...” good the coast even if we liked it thicker (and it was made present,) discusses cooking perhaps for too much confusion.
