I was glad to see they were taking time for maintenance because the place looked kinda neglected. Sign said they should've been open again last Tuesday, it's Thursday now and the sign hasn't been changed, still closed, and looks no different inside.It's a shame to lose this place, it was a good location, next closest one is too far for me. Nice place the drinks were good and people were friendly with the kids.
At every emerald smoothie shop I've been to before, if you order a 24oz cup with extra protein, it expands when blending so they give it to you in a 32 oz cup cause you paid for the ingredients. This place doesn't, so you won't get the protien you ordered and they end up throwing 10oz way in their sink.
The taste of the smoothie was unacceptable. it tasted like 90% water 10% juice.
