Thanks to the fact that they were super friendly staff, going out of their way to make everything right, we left quite happy...that night. If you have the time, food was good, pizzas were excellent. The people that work here, work day and night in the hotel and are always friendly.

After we made our booking we got messages that they have very easily accessible hotel form the parking and the fabulous restaurant onsite with amazing dishes. J... read more After we made our booking we got messages that they have very easily accessible hotel form the parking and the fabulous restaurant onsite with amazing dishes. Just they forgot to mention that the road in front of the hotel is being under maintenance and closed. So to access the hotel we had to search for clues on papers about how to get to the reception and claiming stairways with the luggage to get from the down parking. Just wonder why also a piccolo was missing... Not being able to secure a parking spot is quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The boy on the reception didn't speak English so he called another girl that was not helpful at all and even rude and we had to stand her horrible attitude. She was not helpful and didn't explain anything. The advertised as a fantastic restaurant was also not working. The woman in the bar and the staff for the breakfast were nice and met the expectations for such a hotel. Due to the construction works on the street we were awaken early plus it was dusty from the street constructions. The rooms are fine and spacious as are the bathrooms. Not all the cosmetics were refilled in the bathroom. The jacuzzi was very noisy! Like almost everything in the hotel maintenance should be improved as now you can see the old glory of that place. The breakfast was plenty and nice. This place definitely will not be my first selection to stay when revisiting the area.
