It seems to me that it is the cafeteria with the least personality, since it is located in a parking lot of a self-service store. So the staff (doesn't make an effort to care). I want to raise a comment, complaint or suggestion with this multi-place Starbucks Bosques branch. Today, Friday, July 5, 2024 at 10:15 a.m. I entered the branch, there were six people in line and they were taking a long time to serve us. Of staff, there were three in theory operating but they could not agree on doing their activities. The boy named Santiago was preparing drinks but nothing else came out with any orders. The girl Mich was at the cashier but it took her a long time to take the orders, she took one and said allow me a moment and left to do other things. His companion Naira moved from one side to the other but did nothing. The fourth roommate was sleeping and they went to wake him up so he could go out and operate. The supervisor arrived and only changed session at the cashier and they still did not attend to us. Finally, they already had three Delivery orders and they were not being attended to. the bar drinks were not coming out. The customers who were in line were not serving us either. I rate this branch with 0 since the employees' attitude is not proactive, they are very slow and laugh and laugh among themselves 3. I remind you that clients go for the experience, the service and the attention. On this occasion my experience when visiting this branch failed. After 15 minutes waiting in line I had to leave without my product and without being attended to Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
