Terrible service, I don't know why they offer discounts to employees of other stores, if when you arrive and ask for your discount they rudely deny it. Last weekend I went to the McDonald's Antara counter and asked for a tenant discount. Great place, good food, but sometimes employees mistakes for instance they don’t know how to count and give you 9piece chicken nuggets instead of 10.. it was not the first that happened to me last time I was here the cashier didn’t give me an exact change I was missing 20 pesos. It got situated but be careful and double check what they do and this applies anywhere! Service: Dine in
With each visit the service and food preparation worsened. The ice cream machine does not work, sometimes they do not deliver complete orders and hygiene is lacking. In my last experience, I bought a mcflurry, they gave it to me with a made-to-order cardboard spoon and the ice cream had PLASTIC!!!! What a danger! I don't plan to return. Meal type: Other
