What Gerardo Mendez doesn't like about Kfc:
Very slow. I ordered a simple super hamburger and waited more than 20 minutes for them to give it to me and the worst thing was, the piece of chicken that came with the hamburger was all cold and stiff. This happened before they closed for remodeling. Hopefully when they reopen, the service will change. Pollo crudo, rebasado en aceite, e insípidos los complementos. La atención muy mala. De mala gana. Te dan las cosas como si te las estuvieran regalando.
