After being seated we wait... read more This seems to be a hit or miss experience. The restaurant is eye catching. However, your dining experience can be all over the place. After being seated we waited about 15 minutes before someone asked if we had been served, even though the restaurant was most empty. We placed our drink and dinner order at the same time. It took awhile for the food to be ready. The pasta dish has excellent flavor. The burger was pretty good, but served with old, overcooked, and cold french fries. Our initial waitress hadn't come by our table again, instead just looking at us from across the room as she walked by. So we flagged down another waiter who took them back to the kitchen. After some waiting, I told the other person to eat their pasta. They finished the entire entree before we even got an update. There was about a 30 minute wait for the fries. Even though we wanted more food the staff was too inattentive. We had to grab someone just so we could get a check. I can't imagine if we wanted drink refills... This place has great potential but the service greatly dampers the whole vibe. They are unveiling a Harry Potter area soon. There is a child's play area with arcade games and things to climb. Most of the displays are Marvel or Star Wars characters, though there are some DC heros.
