Extraordinary Italian restaurant, cozy, the wine list is a bit expensive. And the service is slow so you have to have some patience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: MX$1,000+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
What Al Pet doesn't like about Barolo:
This is a nice simple design restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is well versed in the wine and food. The appetizers were quite strong I enjoyed the complimentary focaccia and dipping oil and the artichokes but the tomatoes in the burrata dish were a little bitter but still tasty. My main was the issue, the camote gnocchi were dense not the pillowy clouds I prefer and the sauce was way too salty and I lov... View all feedback.
I dare to say that Barolo is the first Italian-Mediterranean restaurant with the best pastas I have ever tasted. Seriously, you have no idea the flavor and experience I had the 2 times I visited. This place is excellent for a celebration, to look magnificent on a date without spending more than $1,000 per person or simply to enjoy a truly delicious pasta. I just loved everything. There was nothing that seemed average or unremarkable to me. I recommend the truffle pasta, the capellettis stuffed with tongue, the short rib suppli, the rissoto is the best I have ever eaten, the desserts are phenomenal. I guarantee you that you will change the perception you had about pasta. Cda de Orizaba No. 203, Col. I heard great reviews about this place, I decided to come and confirm it and the flavors of each dish are unmatched, I met chef Rafa Prado and I must admit that his cuisine is exceptional, each dish is meticulously thought out and achieved, his pastas are boom! To the palate. By far it has become my favorite restaurant. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent food, the fried calamari and the fettuccini tartufo are the best I have ever tasted, the difference of making the pasta on the spot feels perfect. The atmosphere is very cozy and the place is very beautiful, and their service is excellent. I will definitely return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
