We discovered this restaurant thanks to The Fork, which offered a discount, which was correctly applied. It is located in the historic center, for this it is necessary to park a little far away (there is a car park 500m away) and take 2 steps. We were greeted by a very kind and helpful waiter. We found a very clean and welcoming place, which highlights many 0 km ingredients produced by local companies. We took the pizza, Neapolitan style, with excellent ingredients and well leavened. If the pizzas are good, calling the desserts excellent, all home-made, is an understatement to say the least. We took a savoury dessert , a tartlet with a pastry that really tasted like excellent butter, and the profiteroll , composed of a cream puff filled with orange Chantilly cream covered in dark chocolate: excellent!!! Prices are also ok. We had a big discount, but the prices on the card are absolutely average (the most expensive pizza doesn 't exceed €10) so the bill isn 't scary. When thinking about Saluzzo we usually thought of a certain restaurant, from today we will think of two. We will be back!!!!
First time I tried this restaurant and I must say that I enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately it is a bit hidden but easily reachable on foot (recommended and is in the center of Saluzzo. I haven 't tried the pizzas but they were very inspiring when I saw them pass by, while the catering part is good, there is room for improvement on some things (such as chips and fried pizza that are too oily and the quality of the raw materials is truly excellent. A negative note for the desserts which despite being excellent and, apart from 1/2 of these which were a little more elaborate, charging €6 seems a bit high to me. Friendly and welcoming staff! I 'll come back to try the pizza
Average place, decent quality/price ratio. It is often possible to book through The Fork with 20 or 50% discount. The local craft beers are not bad.
