The dough is like a cloud: incredibly light, incredibly digestible, and you can immediately see that there's been a lot of hard work and proper leavening behind, far from just a quick dough. The ingredients are excellent and you can taste them from the first bite. The place is clean, the pizzas arrive hot and fragrant, and above all… everyone, absolutely everyone, is incredibly friendly. They make you feel at home every time. And then something that means a lot to me: they are always so sweet to my dog. They welcome him like a little gentleman, let him taste some meat, and shower him with cuddles. You can tell they truly love him. I always leave satisfied and wanting to return. Highly recommended!
