I bet I've tried 6 or... read more I've been trying to eat here for the last 3 weeks. I've either come on a Sunday (closed) or Christmas day (closed) or before 1pm (closed). I bet I've tried 6 or 7 times by now. Today I finally made it. Was it worth it?...meh. It was fine. The menu is limited and I had the pozole. It was good but it was tepid. I get a bit nervous eating tepid food in small cafes in Mexico. All the same I ate it up. It was pretty tasty. Fortunately they had both a small version and a full sized one the small is more than enough for anything other than a huge appetite. The prices were fair. The service marginal. I've managed to eat here now I can tick it off the list. I doubt I'd go back.

What a great place to dinner. we demanded reservations and they have accommodated a group of 9 without problems. really simple, traditional Mexican menu. really... read more What a great place to dinner. we demanded reservations and they have accommodated a group of 9 without problems. really simple, traditional Mexican menu. really tasting, we loved the chicken soup, pozole, tostadas, molsauce was so delicious and the drinks. perfectly supplemented. this place is super close to main square, closes late and really great price. not expensive. one night we even had a live musician.
