Brockley Hall - Saltburn-By-The-Sea

I recently watched this restaurant on an episode of Four in a Bed, and I must say I would never choose to stay there. The owners' attitude was appallingly unprofessional and disgraceful. It seems they have received multiple complaints about their behavior, and I can only imagine they are unpleasant individuals to deal with in person. Despite one guest's comment about the bed being uncomfortable, I suspect most people would find it acceptable. Overall, I would rate this restaurant as follows: Rooms - 1, Service - 1, Location - 1.

We were thrilled to visit Brockley Hall after informing them in advance about our vegan Sunday dinner request. The old character of the building was maintained beautifully, with oak trim and painted walls adding a touch of charm. Instead of modernizing the decor completely, they incorporated quirky supplements that added to the overall posh yet vibrant atmosphere. The restaurant is no longer just a place for the wealthy, but a stylish and fun spot to enjoy a beautiful meal. The outdoor garden offers various unique areas to relax, including a traditional garden, gypsy car, covered terrace, open terrace, and marquee. The menu clearly indicated vegan options and also provided combinations to choose from. The difference between vegan and vegetarian options was made clear, with a focus on using true ingredients and cooking methods. Our Sunday dinner was cooked to perfection and did not disappoint.

I did not stay at this hotel and I would not, but I watched it on the show "Four in a Bed" and was appalled by the behavior of the two women running it. I cannot understand how they are able to manage a hotel. The rooms, service, and location all received a rating of 1.

Amazing food, stunning interior. The menu clearly indicates vegan options, and they offer vegan butter and complimentary vegan bread. I highly recommend it.
