Although we'd prefer just mozzarella. Pizzas and Emmental cheese don't mix well. But it's becoming increasingly rare to find! Unfortunately. Good value for money. My only complaint is the taste of the dough. Is it made with olive oil? It has a bland sunflower oil flavor. It really needs to be changed! It lacks the usual aroma and taste, which is inconsistent with the quality they advertise. Otherwise, it would be 4 stars. Keep up the good work! Perfection is within reach.
