I went around 12:30 AM, and there were only two cars in the drive-thru, yet we still waited about 15-20 minutes for our order. At the speaker, I was simply told to wait without even a greeting or a "Welcome to Wendy's, please hold." When I placed my order, they just instructed me to drive around without providing my total. When I paid in cash, I politely requested a receipt, and the staff member informed me that the printer was broken and there was nothing he could do. This fast food restaurant is anything but fast, so be prepared for a wait every time.

They had trouble hearing me, so I spoke a little louder, and their response was, “Why are you yelling?” in a sassy tone. I was just trying to ensure they could hear me clearly. The food itself was decent, though.

This location typically outperforms the other one in Salisbury, but it seems to be declining quickly.

The lady at the drive thru ap... read more It was late when I went through the drive thru. They were packed, there were 5 cars ahead of me. I thought the line moved quickly. The lady at the drive thru apologized for the wait and said they were short staffed. I told her it was fine, that I wasnot complaining. The fries were fresh and hot. The burgers were great, and I love their Frostys! The world is short staffedright now, please be nice to the people who show up for work.

The girl running the drive thru, couldn't get things right, even though the other girl was telling exactly what to do. She was getting so frustrated, that she cracked my debit card.The manager came up there, and finally she got it finished. But, then handed me half of my order. Had to ask for the rest. Ididn't realize it till I got home, that my tea was unsweetened, when I asked for sweet tea. Just a very bad experience afterworking a 14 hour shift. I won't come back to this location for a while.
