Bojangles - Salisbury

So you buy several combos and they give you no sauce. You were 27 cents. Even they are rude and almost every time I go, you can't eat. There is also a sticker on the drive through windows that say 1 sauce per combo. No sauce yet. You could close the doors to get out of business.

Because it was good, but the internal service was essentially abandoned at this point. It was over 5 minutes before I saw the guy working the front line. I checked my watch when I arrived, it was 20 minutes from the door to the order. A guy on the front without help and what looked like inexperience. I saw 6 people leaving the line before they were ordered. Drive through had priority, but it is bad administration, service and attention to a total disregard for those who in the store.

I was so disappointed. The chicken had been cooked for a long time. It was so dry and tuff to chew. I tried hot sauce and BBQ sauce and nothing helped it. I threw everything away. The frits weren't even hot or had a lot of season on them. That was my first time and probably my last. I just pulled from Greenville NC and couldn't wait. Worst experience I've ever had.

I was there. In the morning about 10 30 and my family went in half order. 7 minutes wait before we were able to, their was not a line inside, but the longest ride through the line. All in all good waiting times.

Be careful eating here if you don't have a 1/2 hour to wait. This was not a short staffing issue but rather a disorganization issue. There were two on the front, 3 in drive thru and several people in the kitchen. There was no shortage of food prepared because I could see it ready and when I finally received mine it was cold. I went inside to order, no one was on the cash register and I was 3rd in line. It took 10 minutes to take my order. I then waited 20 minutes to get my food. I was told they were waiting on fries twice, but frankly they were giving fries to people that arrived after me. Horrible experience.
