Winterbourne Arms 2019 - Salisbury

Update 25th Dec 2019... Oh my goodness.. what a day. Christmas Carvery was fantastic. A magical experience with family at Christmas. The food was great from starter to dessert. The atmosphere was wonderful and I can't praise the Staff enough for making everything run so smoothly and making it a pleasure to be there. Special thanks to Sarah and Jess.

Fantastic food well presented, staff go the hole 9 yards to make it a great place to visit.

Beautiful pub, with good outdoor area and excellent small playground for children, swing and a decent slide from a high climbing frame suitable for older children, but ok for small children when they are closely engaged. despite a main road, the garden is beautiful and quiet.

Nice friendly, welcoming pub. eating was in order, nothing special for the price. scampi chips £11.99, would expect more than 8 bit sampi with the frozen chips. my friend had the one-pot with maische yorkshire pud for the same price, but they had plucked from yorkshire and milk, mehleier I guess) but calculated the same price!

Delicious food and excellent beer, but what truly stands out is the staff. They are incredibly welcoming and really make you feel like a regular customer. It's definitely a place worth visiting!
