Harvester The Old Castle - Salisbury

They did not have our booking in their system that caused problems because it was a busy mother's day. open table had sent me an email confirmation. they made me feel like it was my fault and I was a last for them. this was difficult because it probably was the last mother's day with my mother who has cancer, so we were quite emotional. when I said I booked a table for 4 said the woman in the writing, but there are 5 of them I apologise in the name of my 8 months old sohnes, who I didn't know I had a place for booked. she answered with so there are 5 that makes it difficult. I guess 8 should book for all people, but the attitude was ridiculously bad. I felt embarrassed to be such a burden to them to bend back, to book and to sit in a child's seat. will never go there again, not even under the duress. a sensitive day of the mother ruined and a scandal that open table supports this restaurant after all the positive bookings that I have made in the past. I hope that was useful for them, I usually do not complain, but I will certainly remember that meal as the worst meal experience of my life. thank you. steve

Enjoyed the meal ,at a very good price,child friendly as we had our granddaughter. Having been able to reserve table ,an added bonus.

Amazing service and eat again in harvester salisbury. the young chap with the bart served us and as always, was polite, attentive and treated us like special guests. large meal, cheap beer and all round big team efforts. well done.

We had a nice meal on Sunday night. we did not have to wait for a table, salat was fresh, eating came fast was delicious. we didn't even have to wait for the bill. a good experience.
