What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I was shocked by the rude behavior of the staff at this restaurant. They take a long time to serve customers and often leave their phones where they can't be reached. Customers have to ask multiple times for their drinks, only to be ignored while the staff makes drinks for others. There is no sense of hospitality or organization in this establishment.
