I was shocked by the rude behavior of the staff at this restaurant. They take a long time to serve customers and often leave their phones where they can't be reached. Customers have to ask multiple times for their drinks, only to be ignored while the staff makes drinks for others. There is no sense of hospitality or organization in this establishment. Despite being located in a beautiful setting in Salinas, the service is far from great. I will not be returning to this location and prefer to go to Main and Bernal where the staff is friendly and well-organized.
I absolutely adore this restaurant and commend them for their exceptional service and delicious food. Keep up the great work!
The employees at this restaurant were very disrespectful. They didn't properly seal my drink, causing it to spill all over my car. They showed no concern for the situation. I will not be returning to this place.
First time in This location i love it.Great service, clean and delicious
The store was so busy when I went this morning, but the baristas were friendly and my custom drink was made perfectly.
