So good! Initially, I was a little skeptical of the daily special ? pickled beets cucumbers aren't something I've had before. But I took the staff's word for it, and by golly they were right. It was delicious! I also picked up some blackberry pastriesand quinoa bread, along with some of the hummus they were using on the daily special. It was all amazing. I will definitely stophere each time I'm in town!
A little different to find but worth the hunt! When you are on Santa Fe, look for the statue of the ram on the sidewalk, on the east side of a small courtyard. The ram is looking into the courtyard at Seraphim! The food is delicious, made fresh andreasonably priced.
Delightful experience! Had the beet bahn mi and it was excellent! Will be making follow up visits to further explore the menu! Cozy indoor space with maybe a dozen seats. Seating just outside too. Doesn't appear to have a storefront on Santa Fe. Mainentrance is off a little alley way. So I'm sure I've walked right by dozens of times. Hours are limited to breakfast andlunch. Outside of sammies, they sell their bread, scones, sweet rolls, etc. Highly recommend you check them out!
I have been to many sandwich shops in town, but this place is hands down the best. It was my second visit and once again, the flavors blew me away! The combination of bread and meat is so perfect that I didn't even need any condiments on my sandwich. Don't miss out on the incredible taste - make sure to come here!

Just have to give a rave review to this place. I had forgotten it was there and went down to pick up some breakfast. OMG! The ham cheese hand pie was amazing and they had specials listed for lunch that looked as good or better than anything that they have across the street at YaYas, but much better priced. GO SEE THEM.
Found this while staying in Salina. A delightful and cozy bakery tucked in between Santa Fe and a parking lot with ample parking. There is an inviting dining area and some outdoor patio seating. It’s a warm and friendly environment that cultivates a sense of belonging and heart centered community. A true reflection of the passion and mission of the owner, whom I met, and authentically models the slogan: “From our hearts to your hands”. I ordered the Green Goddess grilled cheese with a side of strawberry salad. Ingredients matter. This is one of the tastiest sandwiches I have eaten. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the heart that goes into making them. They use organic wheat flour, and fresh local ingredients. Quality of the ingredients makes all the difference. My taste buds are still singing; no photo as I was totally absorbed in the experience created by the carefully crafted food and never thought about it until I ate it all. : This is a gem of a find, I highly recommend!
Pleasant little bakery and breakfast / lunch place. I had the pastrami sandwich, the rye was fresh and it was delish! I got a butternut quash soup too, and I'm telling you... I found a new favorite soup and I wish I could come back to Salina more often, so I could eat it all the time. It was perfect! Look at this little jewel if you're ever in the area! Less than a block from Homewood Suites, it is a side entrance that could easily be missed. But it's definitely worth it!
That's better than any other sandwich shop in town. This was my second time coming thru and still knocking out when the park with great taste!! The bread and meat go so well together I don't even need any spices on my sandwich!! Make sure you come here, you will not regret the taste!!!
An incredible experience! Had the beet alley mi and it was excellent! Make more visits to explore the menu! Cosy room with maybe a dozen places. Sit outside. The main entrance is a small lane path. I'm sure I'm going right with dozens of paints. Opening hours are limited to breakfast and lunch. Outside the Sammies they sell their bread, scorpions, sweet rolls, etc. Very recommend to check them!
