Quincy's, a restaurant once celebrated for its consistent quality, now presents a mixed bag of experiences. While some patrons praise the generous portions and attentive service, others have encountered food quality issues, including tough prime rib and unpleasant flavors. The atmosphere reflects a bygone era, yet the decor feels dated. Long wait times and understaffing have led to frustration among diners. Despite these challenges, numerous guests fondly recall the charm of the wedge salad and commend the skill of the servers. Overall, Quincy's remains a polarizing choice—worth a visit for some, but disappointing for others.

We love the prime rib here! The service is great, and the portion sizes are generous. The staff are always friendly, and the service is quick. It's definitely worth a visit for a meal. View all feedback.
What Tom Oliver dislikes about Quincy's:
I've been to a Quincys in Leadville and it was great! This was by far the worst meal I've ever paid for. The water tasted like soap. The whole restaurant smelled like an uncleaned grease trap. We went on filet mignon night and it wasn't filet mignon and was wrapped in rancid bacon. One bite and I couldn't eat anymore. The service was good but our server was excellent. Don't go unless you have two bathrooms at home. S... View all feedback.
Quincy's only has 1 item per day on its menu. Sun-Thurs is Filet Mignon and on Fri Sat, they serve prime rib. Your only choice is the size of protein and temperature you like. All proteins are served with a small wedge salad, bread, and a baked potato. This meal was peefection!! I loved every bit of it that only the lettuce garnish was left. Our server was magnificent and was on top of all the tables. If you're in the area, you have to stop by Quincy's!
Definitely 5 stars! Our best dinner meal in Salida. Christina, our beautiful server is wonderful and friendly. We love the fillet mignon steak 6oz set and desserts especially the “turtle” cheesecake.Note that they no longer open for lunch.
Are you open? Went by 2 days in a row for lunch and dinner and it's always closed. Website says open. This used to be a go to every vacation and now? I guess not.
The place reminds me a saloon. Food was amazing. We had Filet Mignon. Price was reasonable. Wish we had one in Oklahoma! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
