Burgerism - Salford

I ordered a collection for £50 that included four meals to take to a friend's house, but one entire meal was missing. I'm still waiting for my refund. When I contacted them, they only offered to refund me for the burger, not the missing meal. I would recommend not using this restaurant, as they seem to take your money without delivering the food. My order was placed on December 23rd, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Food: 1

The best burger I've ever had, but it always takes a long time to arrive. The staff at the door are never able to give you a clear idea of when your order will be ready; they just say "soon." My orders have consistently been 20-30 minutes late. While I'm okay with waiting, they shouldn't let you choose a collection time they can't actually meet (within reason). Ordered freight island Burgerism, given it was a busy Saturday expected a wait, but 1.5hr wait for a raw unseasoned Burgerism.. what a joke. Won’t be coming back at all, ended up having pizza from voodoo rays Wasn’t even offered a refund. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
