The best burger I've ever had, but it always takes a long time to arrive. The staff at the door are never able to give you a clear idea of when your order will be ready; they just say "soon." My orders have consistently been 20-30 minutes late. While I'm okay with waiting, they shouldn't let you choose a collection time they can't actually meet (within reason). Ordered freight island Burgerism, given it was a busy Saturday expected a wait, but 1.5hr wait for a raw unseasoned Burgerism.. what a joke. Won’t be coming back at all, ended up having pizza from voodoo rays Wasn’t even offered a refund. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
