Wayback Burgers Salem

We visited this restaurant on a quiet Sunday afternoon, which was a pleasant surprise. My husband and I both ordered burgers, and we have specific preferences, but to our delight, both orders were prepared just as we wanted. This level of accuracy isn’t always the norm. The staff was friendly and personally delivered our food to the table, which was a lovely touch for a burger joint. I appreciated that the drink selection included more than just soda, which was an added bonus. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, including the restroom. My only minor complaint about the restroom is that it was a bit dim and could use some brighter lighting. My husband also pointed out that they not only serve fresh-cut fries, which were excellent, but they also make their own potato chips. I think I’ll definitely have to try those on our next visit!

I had a grilled chicken BLT, and it was fantastic! The Cajun fries were also a clever addition. The only issue I faced was that they initially didn't know how to apply my rewards credit for the purchase, but their customer service handled it promptly. We'll definitely be coming back!
