Starbucks - Salem

Just got a drink there and the girl who took my order was the nicest human being in food service and actually talked to me while we waited for my drink. Give that girl a raise! And the drink as good as usual.

Couple weeks ago got a blueberry Sconce it was so dry and hard I couldn’t eat it. I know they are not suppose to be soft but this was horrible.

20240324 The young man at the register was very polite, attentive and thoughtful. I ordered ice tea and got a bottle of Evolutuion Super Fruit Greens. I left the Evolution in the corner of the counter to go use the restroom. When he saw me coming back, he placed the bottle closer for me to pick up. The iced green tea tasted as expected.

Truly awful cup of coffee there that was nearly water. Got a refund. Went across the street to Dunkin Donuts and got a cup of their coffee (which was excellent).

We did a quick drive through while traveling from NC to MD and afterwards we were upset we didn't tip the team more (yes even on a drive through order). Genuinely one of the most wonderful customer service experience we have had in a fast paced interaction. The whole team seems great but the worker with rainbow hair (I wanna say name was Katie? Sorry if wrong lol) was especially helpful with specific follow up questions for custom drink orders that ensured we got exactly what we wanted. After traveling with a yippy puppy for three hours this type of human interaction was incredibly uplifting. The team nailed our order as well. We'll definitely be making the trip down that way again and will be sure to stop by this specific Starbucks.
