sbarro’s customer service sucks. i would give them a 0 star, but unfortunately that’s not possible, so i give them a 1. i went to order 4 slices of cheese pizza and the employee was awfully rude and made us wait over 20 minutes to get pizza. employees are too busy talking to each other to do their job. will not be returning. ?
