We were seated promptly but sat our table for some time... read more I was excited to try Orupa for the first time so decided to take my girlfriend there for Valentines Day. We were seated promptly but sat our table for some time before even getting water. We are not impatient people but reached the point where we had to convince ourself that clearly they can see us since we were in the middle of the room. Finally got some attention and we were treated with some burnt rolls. At least the bottoms were edible. Dinner came and there was some redemption. The filet was perfectly cooked and my girl friends pasta dish was enjoyable. I will probably give you guys another chance. Maybe you were short handed? At least the food was good

The food was hit and miss. Mine was all great but my spouse thought everything was below average. The scallops were like mush and the duck seemed like it was boiled. We had one round of drinks but they ran out of clean glasses so we weren’t able to have a second. We waited a REALLY long time for anyone to take our dessert order. We were expecting to spend § because it was Valentines Day, but our experience wasn’t worth what we paid.
