We had a great time and the service was fantastic. It was our 9th anniversary of our relationship and the staff at Ledger went above and beyond with complimentary sparkling wine and a cookie dessert to help us celebrate, thank you! I was also experiencing neck pain so my apologies for not being more appreciative in the moment. The food was excellent also and this made it a great evening for us, thank you! What User doesn't like about Ledger:
Had to send back the Bolognese as it was extremely salty. I've never had pasta or any food for that matter having so much salt. Our other meals were average at best. Food was highly over-priced and it was a loud dining room. Will not return. View all feedback.
I was expecting a quieter experience. The popovers and mushroom pasta were good, but the spring salad was sharper than I'd like. If you are going for a fun bar experience, I'm sure it's great, but if you want a quiet anniversary dinner, I'd go elsewhere.
ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! We had tuna tar tar, prosciutto salad, and the half chicken. Everything was prepared to PERFECTION! I would highly recommend eating here if you enjoy delicious food and friendly wait staff.
As usual we had a very well prepared delicious meal. The food is consistently well prepared and very good. Service was excellent from the hostess seating us in the quiet booth, to our server to the drinks manager- nice wine selection. However two reasons why it is a 4 and not a 5- extremely loud with anaphoric music adding to the noise, and the same menu now for the last 4 years we have been coming. Since the chef is good I have the expectation for a more seasonal menu and not just two other specials.
Pleasant staff, but service was lacking on this occasion very long wait for entrees and when they finally arrived, my salmon was perhaps room temperature, at best. I would have requested that they re heat it, but we had waited so long, I didn't mention it. It took two hours for one round of cocktails, shared appetizer and entree, with no dessert/coffee...
