I saw one y... read more 09/11/2023 I ordered through the app and waited 5 minutes before going in. When I entered, I walked to the pickup counter and there was no beverage. I saw one young lady. She came over and as she began speaking I pointed to my order ticket, still sitting in the machine.She snatched the ticket, read it, and threw it away. While she was making my Large Chai (4 pumps of Chai syrup), a gentleman came in. She slid my drink to me without speaking and greeted the man.I've driven through this area before. I've been to this Dunkin before. Yet, I didn't have it tagged. That tells me the reviews and today's encounter regarding service, are TRUE. Dunkin Corporate needs to revamp this location. No wonder I didn't have it tagged.
